First Snow

Today marks the first snow of the year, here in Kennebunk / Kennebunkport.  Mainers woke this morning to a few inches of snow on the ground.  The first of much to follow I'm sure.  Just a couple days from now we will be sitting down to a our Thanksgiving Dinners.  And what a wonderful time of year it is.  This is a great time of year to come and enjoy our humble seaside town, perhaps a little early Christmas shopping at any of our many shops just right outside of our property.  Everywhere seems to be getting into the Christmas spirit !

October in Maine !

Here in Kennebunk / Kennebunkport the busy season is coming to an end, but all of our favorite restaurants to get lobster are still open to the public.  With kids back in school and family vacations winding down, this is a wonderful time of year to get away and relax without the hustle and bustle of the busy Summer season. 

There are many great restaurants in Kennebunk / Kennebunkport all of which are still open for the season.  Just about everywhere you can go offers fresh Maine Lobster.  Lots of restaurants offer end of the season specials this time of year.  Even more reason to come explore this quaint coastal town !

Sunny Summer !

Open in full for the season, and the weather thus far has been as close to perfect as can be. Here In town everything is in full motion as Summer 2013 is ready to get fully underway.

Tree's are green, the flower's are blooming, and the sidewalks are filled with people ready to embrace the season ! All of the shops and restaurants are open for the season. Whale watches are sailing out daily, the in town trolley tour is up and running. Everything in town is ready to go, all you need to do is come relax and enjoy our charming coastal community !

Food, Wine, and Works of Art 2013

Starting June 4th 2013 and going on until June 9th, Kennebunkport is holding its annual Food, Wine, and Works of Art Festival. The name is pretty much a dead give away, but if these are things that might interest you then there is no better time to visit Kennebunk / kennebunkport.

Here in Kennebunkport there are many varieties of restaurants, wine bars, and fine art galleries waiting to be explored.

While in town why not come and relax at the King's Port Inn. There is a cock tail bar open on Friday and Saturday for you to enjoy a glass of wine before dinner or perhaps a night cap later on. Can you beleive it Spring is just around the corner. It's March already and Spring is just a few weeks away. There is no better time to get out of the house, go outside and start fresh.

The will be warming up, shops and restaurants opening up. March and April are a great time of year to get to know the Kennebunks. Not to much traffic flow, comparred to those busy summer months.
