Second Prelude Weekend!

The King's Port Inn would like to wish everybody a happy Christmas Prelude! It is a beautiful time of year. The whole town of Kennebunkport transforms into a world-renowned Christmas festival, with bright lights, Christmas trees, and the holiday spirit in the air.
The second Christmas Prelude weekend starts Friday, December 9th and conclude on Sunday, December 11th. Originally, the Christmas Prelude started in 1982 as a way for local businesses to say thank you to the local community. Over the years, it has blossomed into a huge celebration which attracts people from all over the world. Many people come back year after year to take part in the celebrations. Not bad for a sleepy sea side community with only 3,000 year round residents!
